About Lauren…
Lauren Halagarda was born and raised on Long Island, NY and lived there for 30 years.  She has a professional background in Project Management and Software Implementations primarily in the Healthcare Industry.  In 2004, she moved to Jacksonville, NC with her husband, Chris Halagarda.  They just recently moved to Arlington, VA where he has taken a position as the Performance Enhancement Dietitian for Navy HQ.

Lauren Halagarda founded The Organization Connection, a Professional Organizing firm based in Arlington, VA. She loves to help parents and professionals regain control of their BITS (belongings, information, time, and space) and provide education and assistance for organizing YOUR world- at home or at work. She also has a unique talent for organizing your bytes - working with you to choose and use software to be more efficient and productive. Lauren is a Clear & SIMPLE™ and Board Certified Professional Organizer®, a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and currently serves as the NAPO Website Chairperson.  She is also a member of the local chapter, NAPO-WDC and the NAPO-WDC Treasurer
